How do I book a beauty service on Made Glow?

Booking on Made Glow takes about a minute, start to finish. Here's the full flow.

1. Open the app and pick a service

From the home screen, tap one of the six service categories — Hair, Nails, Makeup, Skincare, Lashes & Brows, or Massage. The app shows pros currently available in your city sorted by Glow AI's match score for your style preferences.

2. Browse pros (or paste a reference)

You can scroll the pro list directly, or tap the camera icon to paste a reference photo, TikTok link, or Pinterest pin. Glow AI scans the reference and surfaces the pros whose past portfolio is the closest match — by technique, color, texture, and review-sentiment fit.

3. Pick a time slot

Each pro's profile shows their next-available windows in the coming 7 days. Tap an open slot to start a booking. Same-day appointments are common in all 12 of our launch cities — many pros offer "within 2 hours" availability that you can filter by.

4. Confirm address and pay deposit

Drop a pin on your home, office, or hotel — or save addresses for repeat use. The app charges a deposit (usually 20% of the service price) to lock the booking. The remainder is charged after the pro marks the appointment complete. Tip is optional and added afterward.

5. You're booked

You'll get a confirmation push, a calendar invite, and a chat thread with your pro. Most clients are confirmed in under 60 seconds end-to-end. Need to change something? See how to reschedule or cancel.
