How do I reschedule a booking?
Rescheduling on Made Glow is free as long as you're at least 24 hours out and your pro has open availability for the new time. The deposit moves with the booking — no extra charge.
How to reschedule
- Open the app and tap Bookings.
- Select the booking you want to move.
- Tap Reschedule. The app shows your pro's open windows for the next 14 days.
- Pick a new slot. The pro is notified instantly and confirmation typically returns within minutes.
Inside the 24-hour window
If you reschedule within 24 hours of your original time, the late-change rules from our cancellation policy apply — your pro may charge a small change fee (usually equal to the late-cancel fee on their profile). The app shows the fee before you confirm.
If your pro doesn't have a slot you want
You have two options. (1) Message the pro through in-app chat — many will open an out-of-availability slot for an existing client, especially regulars. (2) Cancel and re-book with a different pro using the search you used the first time. The deposit returns to your card in 5–10 business days.
Repeat clients and standing appointments
If you book the same pro on a regular cadence (every 3 weeks for a lash fill, every 6 weeks for color), tap Save as standing after rescheduling — Glow AI will pre-book your next windows so you don't have to do this each cycle. More on requesting a specific pro.
Multi-pro bookings
For bridal parties or multi-service events with two or more pros, rescheduling needs to be coordinated through the Glow concierge — message support and we'll re-align the schedules.
