Can I request a specific pro?

Once you find a pro you love, the app makes sticking with them easy.

Favoriting a pro

From the pro's profile, tap the heart icon. They're added to your Favorites tab and pinned to the top of every future service search where they're available. Glow AI also weights your favorites heavily in its ranking, so even unfavorited results re-rank around the pros you've worked with before.

Standing appointments

For pros you book on a regular cadence (lash fills every 3 weeks, balayage every 6 weeks, gel every 2 weeks), tap Save as standing after a successful booking. The app will offer to pre-book the next slot at your preferred cadence and send a 7-day-out reminder so you can confirm or skip in one tap. Rescheduling these is also one tap.

What if my favorite pro doesn't have my time slot open?

Three things to try:

1. Message them directly through in-app chat. Many pros open private slots for established clients that aren't in the public schedule.
2. Join their waitlist. Tap Notify when open on their profile — the app will push if they release a slot.
3. Pre-book the next 3–6 months. Standing-appointment clients lock the same slot every cycle (e.g., 4pm Tuesday every 3 weeks).

Inviting a new pro

If you have a pro you've worked with off-platform — a longtime stylist, a friend's makeup artist — you can invite them to apply. From your account, tap Invite a pro and enter their name and email. They get a fast-tracked application link and you get a $25 booking credit when they pass vetting. More on becoming a pro.

Blocking a pro

If a pro isn't your style, tap Don't show again on their profile. They won't appear in your search results going forward. This is silent — they aren't notified.
