How do I create a Made Glow account?
Made Glow accounts are designed to be password-free. Three ways to sign up.
Phone OTP (most popular)
- Tap Sign up on the app's welcome screen.
- Enter your mobile number.
- You'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS — type it into the app.
- Enter your name and email and you're in.
From then on, every sign-in is either a fresh OTP or Face ID / Touch ID once you enable biometric unlock.
Email magic link
- On Sign up, choose Email.
- Enter your email address.
- Tap the link in the email we send (it expires in 15 minutes).
- You're signed in. Add your phone number from settings to enable booking confirmations via SMS.
Sign in with Apple
- On Sign up, tap Continue with Apple.
- Authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID.
- Choose whether to share your real email or hide it (Apple's private relay).
- You're in.
Sign in with Apple is fully supported — same access to all features. More on sign-in options.
What we collect at signup
Phone OR email (one of the two), your first name, and your city. That's it. We don't ask for date of birth, address, or payment info until you actually book — and then it's only stored as a Stripe token, never as raw card data. Privacy policy.
Setting up the rest
After your first sign-in, the app prompts you to:
- Add a default address (home, office, or hotel).
- Enable push notifications for booking updates.
- Add a payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card).
