How do I sign in?
Made Glow is intentionally password-free. Every sign-in flow uses something more secure than a static password — a one-time code, a single-use email link, or biometric authentication.
Phone OTP
Tap Sign in → enter your mobile number → receive a 6-digit SMS code → enter it. Codes expire in 5 minutes; if you don't get one in 30 seconds, tap Resend. The code is single-use; once entered, it can't be reused.
Email magic link
Tap Sign in → choose Email → enter your address → check your inbox. The link signs you in directly — no code to type. Links expire after 15 minutes for security.
Sign in with Apple
If you signed up with Apple originally, tap Continue with Apple on the sign-in screen. Face ID or Touch ID confirms — you're in.
Biometric (Face ID / Touch ID)
After your first sign-in, the app offers to enable biometric quick-sign-in. Once on, opening the app on a trusted device requires only your Face ID or Touch ID — no OTP, no email roundtrip. You can disable it from Settings → Security.
Switching devices
When you install Made Glow on a new phone, sign in with the same phone number, email, or Apple ID you used before. The app re-authenticates and pulls your booking history, favorites, and saved addresses. The old device's biometric trust is automatically revoked when the new device signs in.
What if I changed my phone number?
Sign in with email or Apple, then go to Settings → Phone number to update it. If you can't access either of your old contact methods, see recovering account access.
Why no password?
Passwords are the most common breach vector — reused, phished, leaked. One-time codes plus biometric unlock are both more secure and easier to use. The flows comply with NIST SP 800-63B for high-assurance authentication. Full privacy and security policy.
Multiple accounts?
One account per phone number and one per email. If you accidentally created duplicates, message [email protected] and we'll merge them.
