I forgot my password / can't access my account

Made Glow doesn't use passwords. If you can't sign in, the issue is usually a changed phone number or email. Try the other sign-in method, or contact [email protected] with the original phone or email and we'll recover access.

There's no password to forget — Made Glow uses one-time codes (SMS, email, or Sign in with Apple). If you can't get in, here's what to try.

1. Try a different sign-in method

If your phone number changed, try Sign in with email. If you originally signed up with Apple, tap Continue with Apple. If your email changed but you remember your phone, try Phone OTP. Most "locked out" cases are solved by switching sign-in methods.

2. Check spam / promotions / junk

The OTP email and magic link can land in promotions or spam, especially in Gmail. Search for "Made Glow" or "[email protected]" in all your folders.

3. Confirm your number is in the right region

Made Glow's SMS-OTP currently only sends to US (+1) numbers. International numbers signed up before launch may need to use email instead.

4. Resend the code

If 30 seconds have passed and the OTP hasn't arrived, tap Resend. After 3 resends, wait 5 minutes and try again — temporary rate limits clear automatically.

5. Contact support for manual recovery

If none of the above works, email [email protected] from any address with the subject "Account recovery." Include:

  • Your name and approximate sign-up date.
  • The phone number, email, or Apple ID you originally used.
  • A booking confirmation number, if you have one (any past booking email).

We use these data points to verify identity and re-bind a new contact method. Most account recoveries are resolved within 24 hours.

What we won't do

We can't simply transfer an account based on a name, email guess, or "I'm sure it was this number." Identity verification protects every Made Glow user from social-engineering attempts. If you can't provide enough verification points, we may need to escalate to a video-call ID check.

Once you're back in, go to Settings → Security and confirm your current phone number, email, and biometric trust setup. Sign-in options here.
