You cannot accept paid bookings on Made Glow until your FL DBPR or DOH license issues, your application clears Checkr background check, and we activate your account. You can pre-register in your final term so your account is ready the moment licensure issues.

We verify against the public state registry in real time — if you're not yet licensed, you can save your application and submit when your license issues. Your application sits in pending_license_issue status; we email you the moment we detect your license has been issued, and walk you through the final activation steps (background check + portfolio review).
All FL DBPR cosmetology-track and DOH/LMT licenses: cosmetologist (1,200 hours), full specialist (600 hours), nail specialist (240 hours), facial specialist (260 hours), and massage therapist (500+ hours).
