How do pros get paid?

How money moves

1. The client pays in the app when they book.
2. Your share goes to your connected Stripe account: the service subtotal minus Made Glow's commission, plus any tip. The client's $1.99 Made Glow Service Fee isn't taken from your share.
3. Stripe pays your available balance out to your bank.

On a cash booking, the client pays you directly at the appointment.

Commission

• 15% of the service subtotal when Made Glow brought you the client (AI matching, browse, or search).
• 4% when you brought the client (your existing client, your invite link, or any later booking with the same client).
• 12% and 3% with the optional Premium subscription.
• 0% on tips.

Your balance and payouts

In the Pro app, go to Account → Payouts for your balance and payout history. Pay me now sends an instant payout, and any fee is shown before you confirm. To change where your money goes, use Manage payout account.

Refunds and disputes

When a client is refunded through Made Glow, your share of the refunded amount is taken back from your Stripe balance. If a client disputes a charge with their bank, Made Glow may hold your payouts while the dispute is open.

Taxes

Under the Pro Agreement, Made Glow or Stripe will issue an IRS Form 1099-K or other tax form where required by law. More on taxes.
