What payment methods does Made Glow accept?

Paying in the app

Checkout uses Stripe's secure payment sheet. You can pay with a credit or debit card, with Apple Pay on a supported Apple device, or with Google Pay on a supported Android device. Saved cards are stored by Stripe. Made Glow only receives a token, never your card number.

What's charged, and when

The full price of your services is charged when you book, together with any tip you choose and a $1.99 Made Glow Service Fee. There's no deposit and no second charge for the service. Every line is shown before you pay. What's in the price.

Paying with cash

If the pro accepts cash, checkout shows a Cash option. Nothing is charged in the app: you pay the pro directly at the appointment, and there's no Made Glow Service Fee on cash bookings. Cash payments aren't refunded through Made Glow, because Made Glow never collects them.

Refunds

When a booking is refunded, the money goes back to the payment method you used. Refund policy.

Paying outside the app

Pros agree in the Pro Agreement not to ask for or accept payment outside Made Glow. Apart from cash on a cash booking, if a pro asks you to pay them some other way, please report it.

Security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
