Does Made Glow carry insurance?
No. Made Glow is a marketplace and does not maintain insurance covering pros or the services they perform. Under the Pro Agreement, each pro must carry their own professional liability and general liability insurance.
What pros agree to
Pros are independent contractors. In section 10 of the Pro Agreement, each pro agrees to carry, at their own expense, professional liability (malpractice) insurance covering their services and general liability insurance, and to show Made Glow proof of coverage on request.
If something happens during a booking
- Emergencies: call 911 first.
- Injury or property damage: report it with Report an issue on the booking screen (choose Safety concern) or email [email protected].
- Service quality: see what to do if you weren't happy.
- Payment outside the app: pros agree not to take payment outside Made Glow, apart from cash on a cash booking. Report it.
For pros
Your insurance is your responsibility. Section 10 of the Pro Agreement has the controlling terms.
