How do I book a beauty service on Made Glow?

Here's how booking works in the Made Glow app.

1. Find a pro

On the home screen, pick a category: Hair, Skincare, Makeup, or Nails. Lashes and brows are under Skincare. Or tap Ask Glow AI and describe the look you want in your own words, or tap Upload an inspo photo on the Search screen to match a reference photo. Glow AI only suggests pros who are listed on Made Glow.

2. Choose your services

Each service on a pro's profile shows its price and how long it takes. Tap + next to each service you want. You can add several services from the same pro to one booking. If the pro offers both, choose At Pro's Location or At Client's Location. Only pros who have confirmed they're authorized to work at a client's location offer that option.

3. Pick a time and pay

At checkout, Pick a time shows the pro's open times for the next 14 days. Choose how to pay and whether to tip, then review the total: your services, any tip, and a $1.99 Made Glow Service Fee on in-app payments. The full price is charged when you book. There's no deposit. If the pro accepts cash, you can choose Cash instead and pay the pro at the appointment, with no service fee. More on payments.

4. After you book

Your booking appears in Bookings. From the booking screen you can message your pro, ask for a new time, cancel, or tap Report an issue. In the mobile app, the confirmation screen has an Add to Calendar button that saves the appointment to your phone's calendar.
