How do I delete my account?
Delete in the app
- Open the Account tab and tap Delete Account. You'll also find Delete my account under Account → Data & Privacy.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account permanently. Depending on your device, you may confirm with Face ID or another check, and if you signed up with Apple you'll be asked to sign in with Apple again.
Pros: go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
Upcoming bookings
You can't delete your account while you have an upcoming booking. Cancel it, or wait until it's finished, then try again. Pros can't delete their account while a payout is still pending.
By email
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask to delete it.
What's deleted and what's kept
Under the Privacy Policy, Made Glow permanently deletes your personal information within 30 days, except information the law requires it to keep, such as tax records. Booking and payment records are kept in anonymized form. Deleting your account can't be undone.
