What's the cancellation policy?
Made Glow is a marketplace. Pros set their own cancellation policies; we surface those terms before you confirm a booking and facilitate any refund the Pro’s policy and the facts support.
How to find the policy that applies to your booking
Each Pro’s profile shows their cancellation window (the time before the appointment when a late-cancel fee starts to apply) and the fee amount. The same numbers are shown on your booking confirmation and on the cancel screen before you confirm.
How to cancel
In the app: tap Bookings → [your booking] → Cancel. The fee that applies is shown before you confirm. Cancellation is immediate; the Pro is notified and your slot is released.
Why Pros set late fees
Mobile Pros block off travel time and may turn down other bookings to hold your slot. A last-minute cancel often means they can’t fill the window. The fee is the Pro’s compensation for that lost time. Made Glow does not take a cut of cancellation fees.
Exceptions
If you have a genuine emergency (medical, family, weather), message the Pro through the in-app chat first — many will waive the fee. If they don’t, message [email protected] and we’ll review on the facts.
If the Pro cancels
