How do I become a beauty pro on Made Glow?

What you'll need

• A government photo ID (front and back), and your phone's camera for a selfie.
• Your Florida license details and a photo of the license.
• Your services, each with a price and how long it takes.
• Payout details for Stripe. You can also add these later.

The application

1. Email: enter your email and the code we send you.
2. Your profile: a photo, your name, a short bio, your service area, whether you work as an individual or a business, and whether you offer at-client (mobile) service.
3. Verify your identity: upload your government photo ID and a selfie. The Made Glow team reviews them.
4. Beauty license: your license type, number, and state, plus a photo. It's checked against Florida DBPR records. If your license or service area is outside Florida, you'll be added to the waitlist instead.
5. Your services: each service's category, name, duration, and price.
6. Agreement: review and accept the Pro Agreement.
7. Get paid: connect a Stripe payout account, or choose to add it later.

After you apply

A person on the Made Glow team reviews each application. Clients can't book you until you're approved, your license is verified, and your Stripe payout account is set up. Then set your hours so clients can find open times.

Insurance

Pros are independent contractors. Under section 10 of the Pro Agreement, you must carry your own professional liability and general liability insurance and show proof on request. Made Glow doesn't provide insurance for you or your services.

Fees

Made Glow's commission is 15% of the service subtotal when the client found you through Made Glow (AI matching, browse, or search), and 4% when you brought the client (an existing client, your invite link, or any later booking with the same client). An optional Premium subscription lowers these to 12% and 3%. Clients pay a separate $1.99 Made Glow Service Fee on in-app payments, and you keep 100% of tips.
