How do I book a beauty service on Made Glow?
Pick a service, choose a time, confirm your address, pay a small deposit. Most bookings take about a minute.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellation windows and fees are set by each pro and shown before you confirm. The full legal terms are in /terms.
How do I reschedule a booking?
Open Bookings in the app, pick the booking, tap Reschedule. Your deposit carries over.
How quickly can I book a same-day appointment?
Same-day availability depends on which pros are open in your area. The app shows live ETAs at search.
What payment methods does Made Glow accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit/debit cards. All payments processed by Stripe.
Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Yes. Stack services with the same pro, or coordinate multiple pros at the same address.
Can I book a service for someone else?
Send a Made Glow gift card, book at their address under your account, or book directly into their account.
What if my pro is running late?
Message them through in-app chat. If they aren't on the way, contact support and we'll help.
Refunds & Disputes

What's the refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are disclosed in the booking flow before you confirm. Made Glow does not guarantee refunds; eligibility is reviewed case-by-case. Full terms in /terms.
What happens if my pro doesn't show up?
Message them in-app first. If they aren't on the way, contact support and we'll review the booking on its facts.
I wasn't happy with my service — what now?
Talk to the pro first; many will offer a fix. If that doesn't resolve it, contact support.
How do chargebacks work on Made Glow?
If you file a chargeback, Made Glow shares booking documentation with Stripe and the bank, and honors the bank's decision.

What background checks do you run on pros?
Pros must complete identity verification and pass a Checkr background screen before approval. Specific results are confidential.

Use a defined service space, keep SOS accessible, share trip details, never share your account credentials.
How do I report a safety concern or incident?

What's included in the price?
The work itself, the pro's mobile kit, sanitization, and disposables. The pro sets their own pricing.
What's NOT included in the price?
Tip (always optional). Some pros charge separately for travel outside their service area or for parking.

Download the app, tap Sign up, pick phone OTP, email magic link, or Sign in with Apple. Takes ~30 seconds.
How do I sign in?
Three ways: phone OTP, email magic link, or Sign in with Apple. Passwordless by design.
I forgot my password / can't access my account
Made Glow doesn't use passwords. Try a different sign-in method or contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy → Delete account in the app, or email [email protected].

Apply at /for-pros. You need an active state license and must clear a Checkr background screen.
How does scheduling work for pros?
Set weekly availability, define service-area radius, and choose a minimum booking lead time.
How do pros get paid?
Payouts via Stripe Connect, typically 1–2 business days after service completion. 100% of every tip goes to the pro.
Do I get a 1099 from Made Glow as a pro?
Stripe issues a 1099-K to pros where required by law. See the IRS for current thresholds.
