How do I book a beauty service on Made Glow?
Pick a category or describe your look, choose services and a time, and pay in the app. The full price is charged when you book.
What's the cancellation policy?
24 hours or more before: full refund. 2 to 24 hours: 50%. Under 2 hours: no refund. If your pro cancels, you get a full refund.
How do I reschedule a booking?
Open the booking, tap Reschedule, and send your pro a request for a new time. There's no fee to ask.
How quickly can I book a same-day appointment?
It depends on the pro. Checkout shows open times for the next 14 days, starting 30 minutes from now.
What payment methods does Made Glow accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe, or cash when the pro accepts it. Made Glow never stores your card number.
Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Yes. You can add several services from the same pro to one booking.
What if my pro is running late?
Message them in the app chat and check the arrival estimate on your booking. Can't reach them? Use Report an issue.
Refunds & Disputes
What to do when something doesn't go as planned.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds follow the cancellation policy and go back to your original payment method. For anything else, contact support.
What happens if my pro doesn't show up?
Message them in the app chat. If you can't reach them, use Report an issue or email support.
I wasn't happy with my service — what now?
Message your pro first. If that doesn't fix it, use Report an issue and choose Service quality.
How do chargebacks work on Made Glow?
Your bank decides a chargeback, and Stripe notifies Made Glow. You can ask Made Glow support for help first.

Does Made Glow carry insurance?
No. Made Glow doesn't insure pros' services. Pros agree to carry their own liability insurance.
Safety tips for in-home beauty services
Check the pro's profile and reviews, tell someone you trust, keep your phone close, and call 911 in an emergency.
How do I report a safety concern or incident?
In an emergency, call 911. Otherwise, use Report an issue on the booking screen or email [email protected].

About Pros
Vetting, licensing, requesting a favorite, tipping, and what's in the price.
How does Made Glow vet beauty professionals?
The team reviews each pro's photo ID and selfie, and checks their Florida license against state board records, before they can be booked.
Are all Made Glow pros licensed?
A pro's Florida license must be verified before they can be booked, unless their services are exempt under Florida law, such as makeup.
Can I request a specific pro?
Yes. Book them from their profile, and tap the heart to save them to Saved Pros.
How much should I tip my beauty pro?
Tipping is optional. Add a tip at checkout or after your appointment. 100% goes to your pro.
What's included in the price?
The pro's price for each service. At checkout: your services, an optional tip, and a $1.99 service fee on in-app payments.
What's NOT included in the price?
Tips and the $1.99 service fee are separate lines. Made Glow only charges what checkout shows, plus any tip you add later.

Sign up with your email and a 6-digit code, or continue with Google. No passwords.

No passwords. Sign in the same way you signed up, or email [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
Account → Delete Account in the app, or email [email protected].

How do I become a beauty pro on Made Glow?
Apply in the app or at madeglow.com/for-pros. You'll verify your ID and a selfie, add your Florida license, list your services, and set up Stripe payouts.
How does scheduling work for pros?
Set your weekly hours and time off in the Pro app. Clients book open times up to 14 days ahead.
How do pros get paid?
Through Stripe Connect. Your share is the service price minus Made Glow's commission, plus 100% of tips.
Do I get a 1099 from Made Glow as a pro?
Where required by law, Made Glow or Stripe will issue a 1099-K. No taxes are withheld from your payouts.
