Pick a time and pay in the app: the full price is charged when you book, plus any tip you add and a $1.99 service fee on bookings of $10 or more (100% of tips go to the pro). If the pro accepts cash, you can pay them in cash at the appointment instead. Depending on the pro, you go to their location, or a pro authorized for mobile service comes to your Wellington address.

Payments run through Stripe. When you book in the app, the full price of your services is charged at checkout, together with any tip you choose and, on bookings of $10 or more, a $1.99 Made Glow service fee. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If the pro accepts cash, you can choose cash instead: nothing is charged in the app, you pay the pro at the appointment, and there is no Made Glow service fee on cash bookings. 100 percent of tips go to the pro.
Yes, from the booking in the app. Cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment for a full refund. Cancel between 2 and 24 hours before for a 50 percent refund. Less than 2 hours before, the booking is not refunded. If the pro cancels, you get a full refund.
