Checked before booking. Before a pro can be booked, the Made Glow team reviews their government photo ID and a selfie, and their Florida license is checked against state board records, either automatically through public records or by manual review. Services that Florida law exempts from licensing, such as makeup, don't need a license.
Fort Lauderdale claims more than 100 marinas and 50,000 registered boats. The moniker 'Venice of America' isn't marketing copy, it's the city's actual canal layout. The annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (late October / early November) is the largest in the world.
Las Olas Boulevard runs about a mile from downtown to the beach and concentrates many of the city's best-known dining venues: Boatyard, S3, Steak 954, Casa D'Angelo, the Rusty Pelican, plus the Riverside Hotel rooftop.
Port Everglades is one of the busiest cruise ports in the world.
