Every full-time hire is granted equity in the company. We're early enough that the people who join now have meaningful upside as the company grows.
Headquartered in Miami Beach. Most engineering and design roles are open to fully remote candidates inside the US. Some operations and field roles need to be in Florida.
We hire for the work, not the resume. Our interviews are short, structured, and centered on real problems you'd hit in your first month.
Made Glow is live in twelve Florida cities. Bookings are happening today. The work you ship reaches actual humans within a release cycle.
We invest in design quality across product, brand, and operations. Made Glow is meant to feel premium without ever being cold — and that bar applies to internal work too.
No layers, no committees, no quarterly objectives that drift. The thing you build is the thing that ships.
Five roles open right now. Each links to a detail page with the full description, qualifications, and how to apply.

Don't see your role? Send a thoughtful note to [email protected] — we hire opportunistically when we meet someone exceptional.
We hire for the work, not the resume. Where you went to school, where you worked before, who referred you — none of it gets you to the offer. The interview is structured around realistic versions of the problems you'd hit in your first month: a system you'd have to design, a piece of code you'd have to ship, a customer situation you'd have to navigate. We want to see how you think under those constraints.
Short, fast, respectful. The full process is four conversations and one work sample, run in two weeks or less. We close the loop with a yes or a no — never a ghost. If we say no, we tell you why.
High bar, low theater. No whiteboard puzzles, no trick questions, no panel of seven people firing rapid-fire technical trivia. Every interviewer reads the rest of the loop's notes before their session, so you're not repeating yourself across rounds.
We pay for your time. Anyone who completes a take-home work sample gets a fair stipend for the hours we asked for, whether the role ends in an offer or not. The work-sample exists because we believe a one-hour code review beats six hours of live coding — but we won't ask for it without paying.
Reasonable, respectful, designed for adults. Specifics are confirmed in the offer.
Stock options for every full-time hire. Granted on day one, with a standard vesting schedule.
Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you. Family coverage is available.
Generous PTO with a real minimum. Unplugging is part of the job, not an apology.
A budget for the laptop, monitor, chair, and home-office setup that lets you do your best work.
The whole company gets together once a year — usually somewhere in Florida — to reset and plan.
Books, courses, conferences. If it makes you better at the work, we want to fund it.
Each role page has its own how-to-apply instructions. If you have a general question or you're applying speculatively, write to [email protected] with the role you're interested in (or "general") in the subject line.
